Collection Process

Customers may collect your order from our office in West Ealing, London. Detailed below are the instructions if you would like to collect your order in person.

Firstly, because we trade on several different market places, the stock changes daily so the order will need to be confirmed and allocated BEFORE collection.
Also, we can only accept cash payments at the warehouse as there are no card processing facilities there. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card then the order can be placed via the website or over the telephone and then collected from the warehouse.

When the order has been confirmed as "ready for collection" then you will be able to visit the warehouse to collect your order.
